Ordered a Stage 1 greybox with an 8-day delivery. Deadline passed with no file. I asked for a delivery date and an order extension. He replied “okay i will” but never gave a date and never requested the extension. Order stayed Very Late. I cancelled for non-delivery. Would not order again.
