Using Trimble Autobid Mechanical, I'll perform a material and labor takeoff in order to give an estimated cost for your project. I can provide estimates for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. I can also give suggestions as to what fixtures, HVAC equipment, pipe types, etc to choose.

With my report you'll receive a 12 page Excel sheet that shows the various material, fixture, equipment and labor costs.

Please contact me before ordering this gig as every project will be different, and may be subject to cost change. The cost is on a per hour basis, and most projects can be completed in 4-12 hours depending on the size of the project.
