Served as the lead Technical Architect and Bookeo Specialist managing end-to-end portal optimization, custom configurations, and API data flows for high-volume service providers. I directly audit, troubleshoot, and rebuild malfunctioning booking engines for businesses experiencing high cart abandonment, calendar conflicts, and broken workflows. During my tenure, I owned the technical resolution of complex operational bugs and system errors that clients frequently complained about, including: Website Integration Errors: Rescued platforms plagued by layout conflicts and the dreaded "Invalid response from remote server: 403/404" errors. Properly embedded booking widgets, resolved theme blocks, and fixed broken links causing bugs like "customers can't leave a review, buy a gift voucher, or change/cancel a booking online." Payment Gateway & Webhook Failures: Diagnosed and fixed broken checkout pipelines triggered by Stripe, Square, and PayPal gateway disconnects. Resolved critical revenue leaks such as the "Delayed payment for booking - booking invalid" alert and credit card processing loop failures (05 Do Not Honour errors). Multi-Resource Calendar Syncing: Eliminated double-bookings and scheduling friction by building two-way Google Calendar synchronization, handling complex timezone rostering, and setting strict parameters for multi-location operations. CRM & Automated Marketing Failures: Stepped in when native automation broke down, debugging native data streams and third-party webhooks to fix errors like "Error sending campaign to Mailchimp" and broken client tracking data flows into HubSpot CRM. I handle everything from initial Bookeo configuration and pricing tier restructuring to advanced integration logic, transforming clunky setups into automated, high-converting revenue machines.
