Sat on the Board of Directors of the largest game development trade association in the Western Balkans, helping develop strategy, implement international events, manage grants, and position and brand the region as a growing market for game development. My work included reading and writing strategy documents, traveling Europe to exchange expertise and strategy with other trade associations, and bolster regional game development capabilities through workshops, fund allocation and aligning focus.
