After the first delivery, our expectations and Michal's didn't quite match up. But he was cooperative, and we agreed on a partial refund. So everything's fine.

Michał's layouts and creation are always something you haven't though of. Having for this particular project created many many iterations of layout designs while working about half a dozen different designers; Michał has delivered a layout that's not been tried before, even his revision was something completely different. A very pleasant experience overall.
