Yes. The form is as simple as filling a WhatsApp message. I design it specifically so anyone with a smartphone can submit data without any training.
Can managers approve from their phone?
Yes. Approval notifications are sent by email with a direct link. Managers can approve or reject from any device — phone, tablet or laptop.
How many approval levels can you build?
Standard package includes one level of approval. Premium package can include two to three levels — for example, team lead approves first, then manager approves final.
What happens if someone submits wrong data?
I add validation rules inside the form so most errors are caught before submission. For already submitted entries, I can add an edit or correction workflow if needed.
We already have a Google Form. Can you improve it instead of building from scratch?
Absolutely. Share what you have and I will audit it, fix the gaps, and connect it properly to Sheets with the approval workflow on top.
