Project Title: AI Workflow Automation & Integration Role: Freelance n8n Automation Engineer for Vector AI The Problem: The team at Vector AI had powerful AI tools, but they were doing too much manual work moving data between their databases, CRMs, and the AI models. They needed someone to step in and connect everything so it ran on autopilot. What I Did: I designed and built custom n8n workflows to act as the bridge between their apps and their AI. Plugged in the AI: Connected large language models (like OpenAI/ChatGPT) directly into their daily systems so they could process data automatically. Built Data Pipelines: Created secure workflows to grab incoming data, send it to the AI for processing, and push the results exactly where they needed to go. Freelance Delivery: Jumped into their existing setup, figured out what was broken or missing, and delivered the finished automations quickly without needing hand-holding. The Result: Turned their manual AI tasks into fully automated, hands-off systems. Saved the dev team hours of busywork every week, letting them focus on building their actual product instead of moving data around.

Custom n8n Workflow Creation & Zapier Migration Role: Automation Engineer at Alpha Solutions The Problem: The company was wasting hours on manual tasks every day. To make things worse, the few automations they did have were running on expensive, messy Zapier setups that were hitting task limits and slowing down the business. What I Did: I overhauled their entire backend using n8n. Built from scratch: Designed and deployed brand-new n8n workflows to automate their daily busywork and data entry. Migrated the rest: Ripped out their overpriced Zapier setups and rebuilt them in n8n to run faster and cheaper. Wrote custom logic: Handled the complicated data routing and API connections that basic drag-and-drop tools simply can't do. The Result: Saved the team hours of manual work every single week with new automations, while simultaneously slashing their monthly software bills by ditching Zapier. A faster system for less money.
