The cover design work was excellent, timely, professional and collaborative. I didn't like the service charge being unknown until I was about to pay. Downloading the psd file was stressful and problematic. The service charge/download issues soured my experience.

This is my second project with Billy, and on both counts, I have been happy with the book covers he produced. This freelancer is responsive, easy to communicate with, and has produced book covers of a very high standard. Produced a great book cover, somewhat different from what I imagined but I do believe his choice was better than my initial vision for the book, and probably more sellable as a result. He also delivered the finished product promptly. The quality was excellent and was accepted by Amazon without any hickups.
