I will convert PDF invoices, price lists and tables to editable excel
Excel Dashboards, Data Cleaning, PDF Conversion, Python Automation
I build Excel reporting and file automation for small businesses: interactive KPI dashboards, cleaned and standardized Excel or CSV data, PDF invoices and price lists converted to editable Excel, and ...
Sobre este Serviço
Turn business PDFs (invoices, supplier price lists, purchase orders and report tables) into editable Excel you can sort, filter and calculate with. Word output is available for text-heavy pages.
How every file is checked:
- Rows per page are counted and matched to the PDF
- Totals are compared wherever the PDF prints them
- Values are spot-checked against the original
- Unreadable values are marked [?] and listed, never guessed
Row counts alone do not prove the numbers are right, so every package includes a verification summary showing what was checked and anything flagged.
Page limits:
Basic: up to 5 pages of digital (text-based) PDF.
Standard: up to 20 pages, of which up to 5 may be scanned.
Premium: up to 60 pages, up to 20 scanned, several files merged, total formulas rebuilt.
A standard page is one table of up to about 50 rows. Dense pages, handwriting or poor scans may need a custom quote, so please send a sample page first.
Amounts and dates are stored as real values. Your files are used only for your order.
The gallery shows a demonstration with a fictional price list.

Perguntas frequentes
Can you convert scanned PDFs or photos?
Yes. Scanned pages and clear photos are retyped by hand and proofread (Standard and Premium). Very blurry pages may need a better copy.
Will the numbers and formulas work?
Yes. Amounts, quantities and dates are stored as real values, and totals can be rebuilt as live formulas (Premium).
How do you make sure nothing is missed?
Every package includes a verification summary: rows per page matched, totals compared where the PDF prints them, values spot-checked, and unreadable values marked [?] and listed. Row counts alone do not prove the numbers are right, which is why all four checks are done.
My file has more pages than the package. What should I do?
Send me a message with the page count and a sample page, and I'll reply with a custom offer.
