I will a professional technical rider and stage plot for your show
Event professional from Berlin, from concept to show day
Hi, I'm Ben, an event project manager and certified event technician from Berlin. I trained in lighting at the Konzerthaus Berlin and now plan conferences, congresses and corporate events from first q...
Sobre este Serviço
Your rider is the first thing a venue and its technicians see. If it is vague, you get the wrong microphones, no power at your table and a stressed soundcheck.
I write clear, professional technical riders for bands, DJs, speakers and touring shows. I am a certified event technician and event project manager, so I know what technicians need to read and what venues can actually deliver.
What you get:
- Technical rider: sound, lighting, video, stage and power
- Input list with channels, microphones and DI boxes (Standard and Premium)
- Hospitality rider: dressing room, catering, travel (Standard and Premium)
- Stage plot as a clean drawing (Premium)
- Editable Word file plus PDF
- Clear priorities: what is a must, what is a wish
Send me what you have: an old rider, notes, photos of your setup or a voice message. I turn it into a document that venues take seriously.
Order now or message me first if you are unsure which package fits.

Perguntas frequentes
Can I edit the rider myself later?
Yes. You get an editable Word file and a PDF, so you can update it for every tour or venue.
I'm a speaker, not a musician. Is this for me?
Yes. Speaker riders focus on projection, sound from your laptop, microphones and stage setup. I write those regularly.
Do you need my exact equipment list?
The more details, the better. If something is missing, I'll ask you before I start.
Can you update an existing rider instead of writing a new one?
Yes. Send me your current rider and I'll restructure it, fill in the gaps and make it clear for technicians.
Do you write riders in German too?
Yes. I'm a native German speaker, so riders for German-speaking venues are no problem. The Premium package includes both English and German.
