Do I need to ship my product to you?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering so we can discuss the product and shipping details. Do not place an order before receiving confirmation from me.
When does the production time begin?
Production begins after your product has arrived and the custom offer has been accepted. Shipping time is not included in the package delivery period.
Who pays for shipping and return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for both the initial shipping cost and return shipping cost. Please discuss return arrangements with me before sending your product.
Will I receive my product back?
Yes, if return shipping is requested and arranged in advance. The product will be returned after the project is completed and the required shipping cost has been provided.
Can I choose the style and creative direction?
Yes. You can send reference images, brand colors, mood boards or examples of the style you prefer. If you are unsure, I can suggest concepts that suit your product and brand.
