Epic ERA Alert is a US-based construction safety company building the ERA (Emergency Response Apparatus); a patented wearable detecting construction falls and triggering emergency response within seconds. I built the backend infrastructure for their MVP: designed the database schema for real-time hardware payloads, engineered the secure endpoint layer validating and processing fall events from ERA devices, and built the real-time handshake pushing live alerts to the admin dashboard the moment hardware fires. Every layer was production-grade; input validation, proper data typing, real-time streaming. Retained by the company following successful delivery.
