I'll review your GHL CRM around how your business actually runs and give you a clear, prioritized plan.
I look at six areas:

Every review is read-only. I don't change anything in your account. I also separate what I confirmed from what still needs your input, so you're never acting on a guess.

Which package should I choose?
Quick Review if you have one area you’re unsure about. Focused Review if one process, like new lead to booked client, isn’t working the way it should. The System Audit if you want the full picture and a plan for everything. Not sure or have questions? Message me first.
Will you change or fix anything in my HighLevel account?
No. Every review is read-only. I don’t edit, delete, send, or turn anything on or off. If you’d like help making the changes afterward, my cleanup and workflow gigs cover that, or I can send you a custom offer.
How do I give you access?
For the Quick and Focused Reviews, you add me as a user with limited access, or we look together on a Fiverr video call. The System Audit uses a read-only connection you create in HighLevel. I’ll send step-by-step instructions after you order. Never send me your password.
What do you need from me?
Answers to the order questions about how your business runs, and access to your account. You don’t need to know anything technical. I’m looking for how things are supposed to work, not how they’re set up.
Do you use AI tools in your audits?
Yes, in a limited way. Every audit uses the same fixed checklist, and I review your evidence and make every call. AI helps draft the report, but it never includes your customer records or identifying details. I edit and approve every word.
How do you handle my data?
I only use what I see for your review and never contact your customers. I delete raw audit data within 90 days after we finish, unless you ask me to keep it for follow-up work. You can ask me to delete it sooner.
What does a revision include?
Corrections and clarifications to your findings, such as fixing something I misunderstood about your business. It doesn’t include reviewing additional areas or a second audit. You can add an area with the Extra review area option.
My account is a mess. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Messy accounts are where a review helps most. I’ll sort out what’s in use, what isn’t, and what to tackle first. Very large or multi-location accounts may need a custom offer, so message me first.
