Job History & Achievements I am a 3D Generalist and Creative Director with over four years of professional experience in animation production, visual storytelling, and creative team leadership. Since graduating from Takoradi Technical University in 2021, I have worked full-time in the animation industry, specializing in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, rendering, and project supervision. As the Founder and Creative Director of Alleyetoons Studios, I built and managed a multidisciplinary team of modelers, animators, and 2D artists, overseeing projects from concept development through final delivery. My responsibilities include creative direction, production planning, team coordination, quality control, and client communication. Key achievements include: • Founded and successfully managed Alleyetoons Studios, an independent animation production company. • Created and directed original animated projects including *What the Eye Must Not See*, *Black Mentality*, and *The Fall of a City*. • Led artists and production teams in delivering animated content for television, music videos, commercials, and promotional campaigns. • Contributed to productions such as *The Bizshop* animated series and music video projects for recognized artists and brands. • Developed expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary creative teams to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high artistic standards. • Built production pipelines covering modeling, rigging, animation, texturing, rendering, and post-production workflows. My experience combines both technical execution and creative leadership, allowing me to contribute effectively to projects as a hands-on artist, team lead, or production supervisor.
