After working in the fitness industry for 10+ years with hundreds of different clients, as a personal trainer, and also operations manager, I have gained a very good understanding of what people need in order to live their best and happiest lives, without having to sacrifice everything they enjoy. I am living proof of this, I can still enjoy some of my "unhealthy habits'', while still loving life and being in the best possible shape.

Managed all of the operations of the fitness side of the gym, from classes, to trainers, to programming, as well as member wellness and satisfaction. *Edge Fitness was not an option on the dropdown, please note that "Gym-Nutrition'' was only selected as it required a company name from the Fiverr dropdown.*
