Hi, I am a hobby artist and my expertise level is novice I suppose. I am a college student, majoring in architecture. Before that, I majored in visual arts. I have some knowledge of broadcasting (video editing & production) as well as graphic design, but right now I'm trying my hand at crafting digital media art.

Why does it cost more for a background/scene and to add an addition figure?
It costs more because it takes me longer to be able to draw it. Not to mention I have very limited experience with the scenery and poses- so that will take a lot more time. Although, if you want the background a solid color I can do that, free of charge.
Why isn't there 3 tiers?
Because I don't need 3 tiers yet. I'm doing simple, cheap figures.
