Yes — from Standard up, I set up online payments and deposits through your chosen gateway to cut no-shows.
Will it send appointment reminders?
Yes. Email reminders are in every package; SMS and WhatsApp reminders are included from Standard upward.
Can it handle multiple doctors, services and locations?
Yes — multi-staff and multi-service booking is in Standard; multi-location plus intake forms are in Premium.
Is it mobile-friendly and can I edit it myself?
Every site is fully responsive and built on WordPress, so you can update text, images and services yourself. A short walkthrough is included.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes — monthly maintenance, hosting management and SMS/WhatsApp credit top-ups are available as add-ons.
