I have been living in Italy for 17 years, and over the years I have learned to cook from the locals: they shared traditional recipes with me, explained how to work with ingredients properly, how to bring out the flavor of simple ingredients, and how not to complicate. Today, I professionally create recipes for cookbooks, blogs, websites, and projects. I work with presentation, recipe logic, and photography.
