I supported product development projects from early concepts through production-ready CAD. My work covered electronics enclosures, IoT devices, molded plastic housings, sheet-metal products and functional prototypes. I created detailed 3D models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings while considering wall thickness, draft angles, parting strategy, fastening methods, component clearances and assembly requirements. I also prepared laser-cut DXF files, sheet-metal flat patterns, CNC-ready STEP models and 3D-printable STL files. A major part of my role was identifying design risks early and improving geometry for easier manufacturing, reliable assembly and reduced production issues.

I worked on the development of manufacturing-ready consumer and industrial products, including PCB enclosures, electronic housings, injection-molded plastic parts, mechanical assemblies and prototype components. My responsibilities included 3D CAD modeling in SolidWorks and Fusion 360, DFM review, tolerance planning, snap-fit features, ribs, bosses, mounting points and production drawings. I regularly converted concepts, sketches and existing components into accurate STEP, STL and technical drawing packages for prototyping and manufacturing. I also supported design revisions following prototype and factory feedback, helping improve fit, assembly, durability and manufacturability before production.
