Given Kath's background, my expectations were high. I'd even say... huge. But I must admit, Kath's analysis blew past them. Without getting too wordy, and no apologies needed, reading Kath's analysis was a spiritual... (you know what I mean). :)

The most important outcome of a beta read, is to receive honest feedback on plot, pacing, character development and overall engagement. This was worth every dollar and I recommended this woman to any serious author.

I really appreciated the views and insights. Some sections I wasn't certain about, and having a detailed reader confirm my own suspicions (without me pointing out specific areas beforehand) was very helpful. Notating specific areas where attention wavered is extremely useful for pacing too. Small hiccup...
