Managing the complete operations of a large-scale weaving unit with responsibility for production, maintenance, quality assurance, and team leadership. Supervising 144 weaving looms and a SAFIR S60 Auto Drawing-In machine while overseeing end-to-end processes from yarn preparation to finished fabric dispatch. Led the successful erection and commissioning of machinery and established operational documentation and reporting systems. Achieved significant improvements in production efficiency, reaching 93% monthly efficiency and 95.5% RPM utilization through process optimization, maintenance planning, and workforce management. Implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System and led certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS. Focused on cost reduction through better article change planning, spare parts management, and control of air and yarn wastage. Additionally developed a digital QMS application using AppSheet, Google Sheets, and Apps Script to automate factory operations such as contract management, weft tracking, inventory monitoring, loom damage logging, and automated selvedge thread demand forecasting with dashboards and mobile data entry forms. This system significantly reduced manual reporting and improved operational visibility.
