Professional 3D Printing with Engineering-Grade Materials
I provide precise FDM printing for functional parts, engineering prototypes, replacement components, enclosures, fixtures and production batches.
Parts are produced using a Bambu Lab H2D, offering:

- Dual-nozzle printing

Other specialised materials can be sourced upon request.
Every model is reviewed to select suitable orientation, layer height, walls, infill and supports.
Pricing depends on material, size, printing time, complexity and quantity. Send your STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ file for an individual quotation.

Which file formats do you accept?
I accept STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ files. STEP is recommended if the model requires technical verification or modification.
Can you help me choose the material?
Yes. Describe the part’s application, expected load, temperature, chemical exposure, flexibility and outdoor use, and I will recommend a suitable material.
Can you print engineering materials?
Yes. I can print materials such as PA-CF, PA-GF, PET-CF, PPA-CF and PPS-CF. Other specialised materials can also be sourced upon request.
Can you print multiple colours or materials?
Yes. The Bambu Lab H2D supports dual-nozzle, multi-colour and multi-material printing, including dedicated support materials.
Can you produce multiple copies?
Yes. Medium production batches are available. Send the required quantity to receive an individual quotation and estimated production time.
Can you modify or repair my model?
Basic file repair and simple modifications may be available for an additional fee. More extensive CAD design work requires an individual quotation.
Are shipping costs included?
Shipping is calculated separately based on the destination, package dimensions and weight. Please provide your country and postal code.
What tolerances can you achieve?
FDM tolerances depend on the material, geometry, orientation and part size. Please identify all critical dimensions and required fits before ordering.
Can you print parts for safety-critical applications?
Printed parts are not certified for medical, aviation, pressure-containing or other safety-critical applications unless the required testing and certification are arranged separately.
