Designed and built a full multi-tenant Applicant Tracking System backend using Django, Celery, and PostgreSQL Developed a fully-featured REST API using Django REST Framework, covering authentication, user/role management, jobs, applications, notes, tasks, and dashboards. Implemented automated parsing, skill extraction, AI scoring (0–100), explainability outputs, and automatic stage progression using OpenAI models and embeddings. Developed natural-language search using vector embeddings + ChromaDB, with real-time WebSocket search and conversational query support. Integrated Retell AI to run 24/7 automated phone interviews, with transcription, recording, sentiment analysis, and custom question workflows. Added JWT + API key authentication, encrypted storage, signed URLs, audit logging, GDPR-ready data handling, and EEOC-compliant scoring.
