I am a Java Tech Lead and Architect with 18 years of experience in critical, high-volume systems across energy, banking, and telecom sectors. I specialize in Spring Boot microservices and Angular, designing robust, scalable platforms while leading technical delivery and team mentoring. I'm now extending this into LLM/RAG integration: an open-source demo (github.com/fribgane/groundedIA) combines document search with live database lookups, cites every source, refuses unsupported answers, and is scored by an automated evaluation suite in CI.
