Spearheaded large-scale university fairs and seminars for 2,800+ GCE A-Level students, featuring representatives from 100+ prestigious global institutions, in partnership with USEFP, the British Council, and the Turkish Consulate Selected for the Counselor Connect by Tristar Education, where along with counselors all over Pakistan I had the opportunity to visit the top Turkish universities and meet their representatives Selected for the Counselor Connect by Edprograms to visit US Universities across different states Successfully processed and advised on 200+ international university applications Common App and UCAS, resulting in 250+ international acceptances, many with substantial scholarships Recruited, trained, and mentored a team of 20 new counselors, delivering comprehensive training in academic advising and university counseling to ensure top-tier service quality Actively represented Cedar College at 60+ high-profile networking events, establishing long-term partnerships with globally renowned universities and institutions Provided expert guidance to 300+ students per session on global university admissions and career planning, contributing to consistently high acceptance rates at top-tier institutions Streamlined communication among faculty, students, and parents to drive academic performance and enhance student outcomes, ensuring high levels of engagement and attendance Chaperoned a cohort of students to multiple national and international trips with Cedar College Chaperoned a trip hosted by Edprograms to US, where we visited 10 different universities in 3 different states Chaired the counselling disciplinary committee and promoted interdepartmental collaboration across Academics, Finance, Operations, Tech, and Student Activities to ensure seamless institutional performance
