I will do an azure cost optimization audit and cut your cloud bill
AI Agent Developer, Azure and Terraform Expert, Private LLM and RAG
I build AI agents that run real production systems, including a suite of autonomous agents handling support queries, log monitoring and code-fix pull requests on a live platform with 18,000+ users. I ...

available after the audit.Cloud bills grow quietly: orphaned disks, oversized VMs, pay-as-you-go rates on workloads that never switch off. Most Azure estates are paying for capacity nobody uses.
I'm James - 18+ years in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, UK-based founder of Kamobo Ltd. I removed £150k/year from one client's Azure spend and identified £250k/year at another. Documented reductions, not recycled Azure Advisor output.
WHAT YOU GET (read-only access - Cost Management Reader):
- Zombie/orphan resource purge list
- - VM and database rightsizing, each with an annual figure
- - Reserved instance + savings plan purchase plan with break-even maths
- - A reusable Azure Cost Management workbook so savings stay visible
- - A prioritised action plan - quantified, never generic
Premium adds hands-on implementation via a scoped role you control, plus a 30-day savings verification report against your actual invoice.

Perguntas frequentes
Is the initial assessment really free?
Yes. Message me before ordering: a short call and a high-level look at your spend profile, no charge and no obligation. It's how we both check there's enough on the table to justify a paid deep dive - if there isn't, I'll tell you straight.
Is this just Azure Advisor output repackaged?
No. Advisor is a starting signal, not an answer - it misses orphaned resources with no metrics, commitment break-even maths and workload context. I analyse actual usage, model reservation coverage against steady-state load, and put a figure on every recommendation.
What access do you need?
Read-only, full stop: Cost Management Reader plus Reader for resource metadata, granted to a guest identity you control and can revoke any time. I never ask for write access for an audit. If you can't grant access, a cost export CSV plus resource inventory works for the Deep-Dive tier.
Will you implement the changes, or just send a report?
The Deep-Dive and Full Audit tiers are audit deliverables - every item is specific, with a figure attached, so your team can execute directly. Premium includes hands-on implementation of the changes you approve via a scoped, time-boxed role, plus a 30-day verification against your real bill.
What if you don't find any savings?
In 18+ years of cloud work I've yet to audit an estate with nothing to save - typical finds are orphaned disks, oversized VMs and zero reservation coverage. If your estate is genuinely already optimal, the report will say so, tell you what you're doing right, and flag what to watch as you grow.
Do you cover AWS as well as Azure?
My documented savings track record is on Azure, and that's where this gig is deepest. I also work with AWS and multi-cloud estates - message me first and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit for your setup.
