As a professionally qualified Architect (UET, 2017) and the lead visualizer at my studio, I specialize in bridging the gap between conceptual architectural drawings and photorealistic reality. My background in on-ground construction ensures that every render I create is not just visually appealing but structurally accurate and buildable. Key Achievements & Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Founded and currently lead a specialized team of 3D artists and visualizers, overseeing project workflows from initial client consultation to final high-resolution render delivery. High-Volume Delivery: Successfully executed and delivered 200+ architectural rendering projects for real estate developers, architects, and interior designers across the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. End-to-End 3D Production: Mastery over the entire 3D pipeline—translating 2D CAD drawings, PDFs, and rough sketches into detailed 3D models using 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Revit, followed by photorealistic texturing, lighting, and rendering in Lumion and Corona Renderer. Quality Assurance: Implement strict quality control protocols ensuring 95% of projects are delivered ahead of schedule while maintaining a consistent 5-star satisfaction rating for visual quality and commercial-use readiness. Client Collaboration: Work directly with international architects to visualize luxury villas, modern residential complexes, commercial office spaces, and interior fit-outs, turning their design intent into impactful marketing assets that help them win bids and sell properties faster. Post-Production: Expert in Adobe Photoshop for advanced post-production, color grading, and adding entourage (people, vegetation, context) to bring renders to life.
