I run Kite Aerial, a UK drone photography service for property: holiday lets and Airbnbs, house sales, land and farms, developers and self-builders.
A shoot is 1-2 hours on site and gives you 10-15 edited stills. Wide frames showing where it sits, closer elevation shots, and a top-down of the plot and its boundaries. Add a slow orbit of the building, colour graded for listings and social.
CAA Flyer ID and Operator ID, public liability insurance, sub-250g aircraft, Open category A1. Airspace checked before every booking.
I also build 3D models from footage you already have. Same-day replies.
