I Specialized in designing custom sunglasses and eyewear products from early concepts through production-ready 3D CAD. Developed detailed models focused on aesthetics, fit, functionality, and manufacturability for brands, independent designers, and product developers. Key Responsibilities: Created 3D CAD models for sunglasses, optical frames, clip-on systems, and custom eyewear concepts. Developed accurate frame geometry, lens openings, bridge structures, temples, hinges, and component interfaces. Designed magnetic clip-on eyewear systems with precisely aligned magnet pockets and functional recessed features. Applied dimensions, tolerances, clearances, and surface details required for prototyping and manufacturing. Prepared STL and STEP files for 3D printing, prototyping, and manufacturing workflows.
