I managed this project end-to-end, covering the complete Amazon private label journey from product research to successful launch and ongoing growth. I started by conducting in-depth market analysis and competitor research to identify a profitable product opportunity with strong market potential. After validating the product idea, I sourced a reliable manufacturer in China, negotiated pricing and production terms, and coordinated the complete private label process, including branding and customized packaging. The manufacturer successfully produced 500 units under the client’s brand. During the production phase, I performed comprehensive keyword research and developed a fully optimized Amazon listing focused on improving search visibility and conversions. This included creating an SEO-optimized title, bullet points, product description, and backend search terms aligned with Amazon’s ranking factors. I also worked closely with the design team to create high-quality product images designed to increase click-through rate and improve customer trust. After completing the listing setup in Amazon Seller Central, I managed the logistics process by coordinating with a reliable shipping partner, preparing the FBA shipment plan, and ensuring all inventory requirements were properly completed for delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers. Once the inventory was available, I conducted additional keyword research for advertising and launched structured Amazon PPC campaigns to increase visibility, improve organic ranking, and generate sales. The product successfully launched and continues to grow, with the client relying on my ongoing support for Amazon account management, optimization, and scaling strategies.
