I'm an Industrial and Systems Engineering student with production-area experience in a packaging plant, and my thesis is on inventory management.

Excel or Google Sheets: which one should I choose?
Google Sheets if several people update stock from different places or you want automatic emails. Excel if you work offline or already use it. Same logic in both, and I can tell you which fits better.
Can you import my current stock list?
Yes. Send your current file (Excel, CSV or even a PDF list) and I will load your items and opening stock into the new system.
Does it work for small shops, not just warehouses?
Yes. It is built for small businesses: shops, workshops, restaurants, online sellers and small warehouses. If you need barcodes or a full ERP, I will tell you before you order.
Will I be able to use it without you?
Yes. Every file includes a how-to tab and clearly marked input cells, so your team can use it on day one.
