What time zone are you located in?
I am based in the UK which uses (GMT+1) in the summer and (GMT) during the winter. When you place an order I will invite you to pick a time in my calendar where you can select your local time.
How are the video calls provided?
Video calls are provided via Google Meet. You can use Google Meet from your computer using any modern web browser — no download required. Download the Google Meet mobile app to access from your phone or tablet.
What can I expect after my order?
Once you complete your order, I will invite you to pick a slot in my calendar for your video call. You will receive a calendar invite and video call details shortly afterwards. Please note, follow up calls must be booked in within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of order.
