At mobiQode, I built and managed an AI-powered customer support chatbot that handled incoming customer questions automatically, cutting down response time and reducing the load on the support team. The chatbot covered common questions, order and account issues, and routed anything more complex straight to a human agent. Alongside that, I built and ran automated email campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage existing customers, from welcome sequences to promotional follow-ups, all designed to keep the customer relationship active without manual sending. Together, these systems gave the team a consistent support experience and a steady stream of email touchpoints, without adding extra manual work.
