Finding factories is easy. The hard part is selecting the right one, comparing quotes properly, checking materials & construction, and managing samples & production.
I work on the buyer side to evaluate specs, materials, factory capability, pricing, MOQ, lead time, customisation and risks. I can also visit factories, coordinate samples and handle local communication.
