Overview
- You send me a description of the crash or bug and how to reproduce it.
- You send me an Unreal Engine project folder where the crash or bug can be reproduced.
- I will do an initial assessment of the issue to confirm that I can attempt to diagnose and fix the issue for the selected tier.
- If I feel the wrong tier is ordered we can agree to modify it or cancel the order.
- I will then diagnose and fix the issue.
- I will send you the Unreal Engine project back with the crash or bug fixed and all changes documented.

I will cancel the order and you will be refunded the full amount.
My Unreal Engine project folder contains intellectual property therefore I cannot risk to share it.
You can consider creating a new Unreal Engine project and migrating only the assets and code needed to reproduce the crash or bug.
Which Unreal Engine versions are relevant?
Unreal Engine 5.0 and later.
How do you usually solve hard problems?
I go for a walk in the forest to think of the solution.
I have multiple bugs or crashes that need fixing? Can you fix all of them?
Bugs or crashes that are independent from each other will each need a separate order. This gig is meant for major issues not for fixing a large number of smaller issues.
