I will build a website with client login, portal and google sheets crm

Give your clients a professional place to sign up, log in and see where their work stands, without paying for expensive client-portal software.

I build websites with a built-in client area, connected to a private Google Sheet you control. Every sign-up, enquiry and newsletter subscriber lands in your sheet automatically, and you get an email alert each time.

WHAT YOU GET

• Client sign-up and sign-in pages matching your brand
• A client dashboard (e.g. case status, progress bar, next steps)
• Private Google Sheet 'CRM' that only you can see
• Automatic welcome email to new clients and alert emails to you
• Contact and newsletter forms feeding the same sheet
• Hosted free on Cloudflare, with no monthly software fees

PERFECT FOR

Accountants, tax and incentive consultants, agencies, coaches and service firms who want to look bigger than they are and keep leads organised.

I built exactly this for a US tax consultancy: sign-up, login, a lead-stage dashboard and owner alerts.

Note: this portal is for status updates and lead capture, not storing sensitive documents.

Message me with what you want clients to see and I'll quote honestly.
