You will have a customer support specialist that has 5 years of experience as live chat support and email support specialist. You will have a customer support specialist who is experienced in:

·       Responding to customers on chat in a timely manner while handling 4 chats concurrently

·       Suggesting, promoting, and guiding customers on pre-sales inquiry

·       Showing empathy and understanding to the customers

·       Helping customers in troubleshooting issues or basic setup with their products

·       Assisting customers in creating tickets and/or processing requests

·       Entering customer data and other important information into the system
