I will debug and fix your broken rest or soap API integration

Your integration worked, and now it does not. A 401 that shows up once a day, a webhook that stopped arriving, a SOAP fault nobody can read, a payload the provider swears is correct.
I reproduce the failure first, against your endpoint or sandbox, and find the exact cause before touching code. Every package starts with a written diagnosis: the failing request, the response, the root cause and the fix. Standard and Premium include implementing and verifying that fix.
I work with:
- REST and SOAP/XML APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, API keys
- .NET (C#) and Node.js (TypeScript, JavaScript)
To start I need:
- Which API or system is involved, and its documentation
- What exactly fails: error message, status code or response
- Whether a sandbox or test environment exists
- Example requests and responses or a HAR file, if you have them
I do not need production credentials to start. If the root cause is on the provider's side, the diagnosis proves it, which is exactly what you need to escalate.

Do you need access to my systems?
I prefer not to have production credentials. A sandbox key, a HAR file, or example request and response pairs are usually enough to diagnose. I will tell you up front if I genuinely need more.
What if you cannot fix it?
If the root cause is on the API provider's side and not fixable from your end, you still get the Diagnosis report proving exactly that, which is what you need to escalate to them.
Which languages and stacks do you work in?
C# on .NET, and TypeScript or JavaScript on Node.js. For other stacks I can still diagnose at the HTTP level and hand you the exact fix. Ask before ordering if you need the code change itself in another language.
Should I order Diagnosis or Fix?
If you do not know the cause yet, start with Diagnosis. The report tells you exactly what the fix involves, and I can send you an offer for the fix afterwards.
