My name is Jovana, and I am a Chopra-certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructor. I have been meditating for 10 years. First became interested in meditation because i loved chanting mantras. Found repeating mantras very calming and replaced chatering monkey mind with it. Finaly my love for mantras became my occupation. Over time, I have seen and and observed huge transformation in changing belief patterns and also changing and removing conditional habits.
