Sobre este Serviço
I build intelligent workflow automation systems using n8n that help businesses eliminate repetitive manual tasks and operate more efficiently. My goal is to design fully customized automation systems that run your business processes in the background, saving time, reducing errors, and improving overall productivity.
I can automate lead capture, CRM updates, data synchronization between platforms, notifications across tools like Slack, Email, and WhatsApp, as well as multi-step workflows with advanced conditional logic and API integrations.
Every solution is tailored to your specific workflow no templates or generic setups. I focus on building scalable and reliable systems that adapt to how your business actually works.
Whether you're looking to replace manual processes, connect multiple apps, or build a complete automation infrastructure, I deliver production-ready workflows that are tested, documented, and easy to maintain.
If you're not sure what you need, you can message me before ordering and Ill help you design the best automation strategy for your business.

Perguntas frequentes
How do I know which package to choose?
Basic = single workflow automation Standard = multi-step workflow with logic and 3–5 tools Premium = full system with multiple interconnected workflows and advanced architecture If unsure, message me before ordering.
Which tools can you integrate with?
I can integrate most tools with APIs or webhooks: CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive), Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, WhatsApp, email systems, Shopify, Stripe, and more. If it has an API, it can usually be connected.
How does the process work?
First, I analyze your workflow. Then I design the architecture and confirm everything with you. After that, I build and test the automation, deliver it with documentation, and you review it. Revisions are included.
Will I be able to edit the workflow later?
Yes. n8n is visual and user-friendly. I structure everything clearly and provide documentation so you can modify simple parts without technical knowledge. You fully own the workflow.
How do you handle security and API keys?
I use secure methods during setup and never store your credentials. Everything is configured inside your environment. Once delivered, you retain full control and ownership.
Will the automation run 24/7?
Yes. Once deployed, the system runs automatically based on triggers like forms, schedules, or API events. No manual work is needed.
What if I need changes or revisions?
Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope, such as logic changes or minor tweaks. New features or additional workflows may require a new order or extension.
What do I need to start the project?
Just a description of your process and the tools you use. If you’re unsure, that’s fine — I’ll guide you through everything after you place the order.
Where does the automation run? Do I need to install anything?
n8n can run in two ways: cloud-hosted (no setup required) or self-hosted on your own server (more control and lower long-term cost). I handle the full setup and recommend the best option based on your case.
Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?
Zapier and Make are great for simple workflows, but they become expensive at scale. n8n gives you unlimited executions, full flexibility, and self-hosting options. It’s more powerful and cost-efficient for serious automation systems.
