You can achieve anything when you shift your perceptions to see the steps required to get where you want to be. If you have a problem I will help give you the perspective needed for you to see how you can change your circumstance. I've spent more than two decades studying the human condition to help you see all sides and chose a path that will bring you joy.
If you don't have the skills needed to move forward I will either give you exercises to get them or explain how you can gain them through other means.

What does perspective shifting entail?
Perspective shifting has a lot to do with the language we use which tells me what your perspective is on a subject. It all starts with the words we choose, which acts as a window into the deeper work. Once we are clear on where you are in the moment we can work to get you where you want to be.
What does "deeper work" mean?
For real transformation to take place in someones life, we will need to work on what scares us, or fear. In Jungian psychology this is called Shadow Work. By working with our shadow we can uncover deeper motivations that lead us to the choices we make in life. We can change them when we know them!
What techniques do you use to help get people focused.
It depends on what kind of focus needed. However I find mindfulness a very powerful tool and many of the exercises I give people are based in mindfulness.
Is mindfulness something anyone can learn? Does it really work?
Yes! I can make it really easy for you. Yes it really works to create greater focus, more confidence, better sleep, less stress and more. Not including the thousands of years of people's experience there is scientific data based on active combat soldiers use mindfulness.
