- Liaise with chosen factory
- Manage communication and feedback during sample creation
- Keep you updated with photos and notes from the factory
PHASE 3 Production-Ready Prep (Premium Tier or Milestone 3)
- Final sample sign-off
- Get production quotes and lead times
- Hand off to the factory with your approval

Does this include the cost of making the sample?
No. Sample production is handled directly by the factory. I will help you get a quote and guide the process, but those costs are paid separately by you to the manufacturer.
Can you help me design the toy first?
Yes! I also offer concept design and 3D/mockup services. Message me and I can combine them into a custom offer.
Can you guarantee the factory is reliable?
I use vetted sources and verify each factory’s track record, but final decisions are up to you. I’ll always give my honest recommendation and flag any risks.
Can you stay involved after this process is complete?
Yes, I offer ongoing support or long-term factory liaison as a separate service.
Will I own all rights to the designs and factory info?
Yes. Everything I provide is yours to keep, including supplier contact details and all documents.
