Over the past several years, I’ve built and optimized more than 175 Shopify stores from the ground up, helping brands move from idea stage to fully functional, conversion-ready ecommerce businesses. My work spans across fashion, beauty, electronics, supplements, digital products, and niche ecommerce brands. Each store was designed with a clear focus on user experience, conversion optimization, speed performance, and scalable backend systems. Beyond store builds, I have helped manage and scale over 280 existing Shopify stores. My role typically involved conversion rate optimization, sales funnel restructuring, product page optimization, automation setup, email and SMS marketing integration, upsell and cross-sell implementation, abandoned cart recovery systems, analytics tracking, and performance marketing alignment. Many of these stores experienced measurable improvements in revenue, average order value, customer retention, and operational efficiency. I specialize in transforming underperforming stores into structured revenue systems by combining strategic design, automation workflows, data-driven decision making, and backend optimization. My approach is not just about building a store, but engineering a scalable ecommerce ecosystem that attracts, converts, and retains customers consistently.
