Why should you hire me? I have over 21 years of experience as an international university guidance counselor, currently working at a leading British school where I help students earn places at top global universities including 2-4 offers to Oxford or Cambridge each year. I've also worked inside the admissions offices at four different universities, giving me a deep understanding of what truly matters in a competitive application. I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in English literature and regularly present at international admissions conferences.
UCAS recently replaced its traditional personal statement with a new, question-based format, fundamentally changing how students must express their motivation and readiness for university. Many students underestimate how different this is and risk writing essays that miss the mark. My background working closely with British universities and admissions officials makes me uniquely qualified to guide you through this new format with confidence and strategy.

Do you write the essay for me?
No. My job is to guide and support. Basketball is a good analogy. You are the player and I'm the coach. I can't shoot the ball for you, but a good coach contributes strategy, experience, big-picture perspective, and attention to detail.
Do you work with students using English as a second language?
Absolutely! In fact, I lived in Thailand, China, and Vietnam and have worked with hundreds of international students in the past. Besides offering guidance on topic and structure, my job is to preserve your voice and identity while ensuring your language is tight and polished.
Why is your word limit 1,000 words?
The UCAS Personal Statement is a maximum of 4,000 characters (including spaces) which is approximately 700-1,000 words. If you'd like to discuss custom options, just contact me.
How long does the writing process take?
You will receive my advice within 48 hours. The writing, however, can take time, and that depends on you. Again, I am not offering to write the essay for you, but I will give you plenty of support so that you can be proud of the end result. I also offer an "Extra Fast Delivery" option.
I left this until the last minute, and now my deadline is very soon. What do I do?
There is little I can do at the very last minute. However, I do offer an "extra fast delivery" option. For this, I endeavor to get my feedback to you within 24 hours. This is best when students already have an essay that needs proofreading and light editing (Basic and Standard packages).
I'm interested in your services, but I don't think your Basic, Standard, or Premium packages fit my needs. Will you consider custom packages?
