I assisted them with their marketing strategy. They had a business mobile app development platform. I asked myself who are their customers, where can we find them in large groups, and what we do to leverage for sales. Since their target market was small businesses we found a channel stream partner in small print shops that do printing for small businesses. We offered an affiliate program to these print shops to hand out discount Flyers with promo codes. The business owner of the print shop received a Commission the small business owner guide discount on their first app and that was essentially the process. Cancel
