I'm a product designer based in Spain. I work with small SaaS teams and app founders who know something in their product isn't converting but can't see what. I take one flow - sign-up, onboarding, checkout, the first task a new user tries - and come back with a written diagnosis: where people drop, why, and the fixes in priority order.
