My role involved building a complete workflow where engineers submit job completion forms through Jotform, which automatically syncs with Airtable to track job records, revenue, subcontractor costs, and profit calculations. Key responsibilities included: • Designing the Airtable database structure for job tracking and rate cards • Creating automated calculations for revenue, subcontractor payments, and profit • Integrating Jotform with Airtable to capture engineer job submissions • Building dashboards to visualize key business metrics such as total jobs, revenue, costs, and profit by job type • Optimizing workflows to reduce manual data entry and improve operational visibility This system allows the company to easily monitor job performance and financial metrics in real time.
