I joined Olawoyin & Olawoyin Legal Practitioners in June 2026. The firm is one of Nigeria's leading commercial litigation practices. Since joining the firm, I have handled corporate compliance and intellectual property matters, including business registrations with regulatory bodies such as the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, and the Trademarks, Patents and Designs Registry - the Commercial Law Department. This role has enabled me to develop strong expertise in advising clients on the most suitable corporate structures for their businesses based on their objectives and regulatory requirements. To date, I have successfully registered over 30 trademarks and more than 20 business entities, while providing regulatory and compliance advisory services to over 50 businesses. Through these engagements, I have helped clients identify and obtain the necessary registrations, licences, and regulatory approvals required to operate in compliance with Nigerian corporate laws and regulations.
