High-End Products - Government & Scenic-Area Product Lines | Sep 2020 - Oct 2022 • Standardized the management and control product line and owned the lifecycle of government tourism industry monitoring and scenic-area management platforms. Supported deployments across 13 cities and counties in Xinjiang, as well as Balihe, Hexigten Banner and Jinsixia. • Worked with the solutions team on tourism proposals, product designs and demonstrations for tenders. Upgraded the government monitoring platform from V1.0 to V2.0 and delivered two scenic-area product iterations. • Delivered 5 government projects (3 accepted, 2 launched), including Turpan and Lanzhou, and 7 scenic-area projects (5 accepted, 2 launched), including Taibai Mountain and Dinosaur Park. Mentored an S4-level product team member and recruited an S6-level product manager.
