I am extremely dissatisfied. freelancer did not deliver usable files - in fact I cannot even open them and he refuses to fix the problem - stating it's not his fault. If not his fault, whose fault is it, mine??! Blaming the client who is left with NO USEABLE LOGO, just wasted time, effort and $80.00!...
